Promotions is about managing reputation. My career field aims to gain understanding and support for clients as well as to influence opinion and behavior.

 I use all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of my clients. These range from public bodies or services to businesses and voluntary organisations. I communicate key messages, often using third party endorsements, to defined target audiences in order to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between an organisation and its public.

 I monitor publicity and conduct research to find out the concerns and expectations of an organisation's stakeholders. I then report and explain the findings to its management.
I take action within my business which has allowed me to shine and grow on a continuous bases for myself and the business.
